How do I know all the money is collected and banked?
Earthview has educated and trained staff who adhere to stringent reporting structures and conduct codes . All financial activities are subject to standard and statistical analysis and Earthview has a regular programme for Internal Audits. All sales and usage data is sent to each and every tour operator for their information . They are advised to use the information for their own internal controls ( ticket inventory / ensuring their tickets are not being sold intra agent ) and report any erroneous information directly to the client and to us. However , over and above internal controls , Earthview reconciles tickets sold and received by location to independent third party information to the best of our ability to ensure our revenues match occupancies and actual field activity. This gives Earthview’s management and the client the best assurance that sales are within an approved materiality for the location.

We can give clients in house accounting software which seamlessly dove tales the data base into your financial statements . This can be integrated with budgeting software .

What is the client’s exposure to financial and other liability?
Earthview ensures that it has sufficient insurances , bonds and paid up share capital to meet the standards of it’s clients . We run all staged turnovers in reporting parallel with strong computing hardware and software back up.

What about the client’s existing staff?
This is important to all clients . Earthview re-employs all staff engaged in the revenue collecting . The client , however , is responsible for redundancy costs . The staff will be placed into our training programme and evaluated . One of Earthview’s operating principals is that to safeguard the client’s money the employees must be motivated , happy and appropriately supervised. Our monthly salaries are generous and we provide medical , uniforms and bonuses as applicable .Further , there is a overtime and double time paid as appropriate for holidays and extra field time and there is a staff pension plan.
