Earthview Management Ltd is a Kenyan company dedicated to the collection and reporting of revenues for entries into parks and wildlife areas .  Our collecting and management services include revenues for ballooning and vehicles permanently stationed in parks as well as camping tickets and bookings.

Our Nairobi office is on the 1st floor of the Soin Plaza – Westlands on the corner of Mpaka Road and Westlands Road. From this head office location we sell prepaid tickets , maintain our data bases on tickets sold and received and co ordinate field activity . We are in a secure and accessible location in the Soin Arcade.

In the field we have offices at Mara Serena and Oloololo Gate in the Mara Triangle. Our other field office is at the Mara Safari Club at Ol Chorro. These offices co ordinate the staff and operations we maintain at each lodge or gate for which we have financial responsibility .

At each lodge or gate we have professionally trained revenue officers who receives the prepaid tickets we have sold in Nairobi and sell tickets to those arriving without tickets.

On a daily basis Nairobi sales information is uploaded to the field and ticket information for tickets sold and received in the field is downloaded to Nairobi . In this way our database is always capturing information related to revenue and ticket activity in all locations and providing dual back up. Our Data tags all information related to a ticket sale and use ( such as tour operator , location of ticket use and date) allowing us tremendous flexibility in terms of information available .

In the last twelve months Earthview accounted for over $6 million in park fees with our staff of about 35 people.
