Born in Canada in 1951 George has been a resident of Kenya since 1980.
He was a Financial Officer for the United Nations Environment Programme and HABITAT moving into the position as Managing Director / Chairman of an international company involved with oil and gas exploration and provision of services for aid organizations in over 10 countries in Africa .

In 1990 George started his own company providing financial consulting and products in capital markets and played a pivotal role in the establishment of a brokerage house listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange working on debt , equity, money market and Government divestiture.

During the last ten years George has provided consulting services to several Washington based organizations in Botswana related to financial issues for Community Based Organizations . He also set up several conservancies in Kenya.
Currently his focus is on Earthview Management providing financial services to Masai Mara group ranches and county councils and the greater Mara Area. He splits his time between Nairobi and living in the Mara.
